5. Prohibited Conduct

- Violate any intellectual property rights

- Post content featuring individuals under 18 (child protection policy)
- Upload copyrighted material (watermarked images, stock music, AI-generated deepfakes)
- Share content flagged by AI as NSFW, violent, hate speech, or terrorism-related
- Bypass content moderation through image manipulation or OCR evasion
- Create fake accounts or engage in spam behavior
- Share content with text containing profanity, slurs, or prohibited keywords
- Repeatedly violate community guidelines (results in shadowban or account suspension)
6. AI-Powered Content Moderation
Automated Review:
All uploaded content (images, videos, text) undergoes AI analysis before publication.
Detection Systems:
- Copyright Guard: Detects watermarks, copyrighted music, AI-generated content
- Content Guard: Detects NSFW, violence, weapons, hate speech, child presence
- OCR Scanner: Reads text in images to detect prohibited keywords
Sequential Workflow:
- Copyright Check (0-50% progress)
- Content Safety Check (50-100% progress)
Rejection = Immediate:
- Content violating policies is rejected instantly
- No 'blur' or 'edit' options for child protection violations
- Copyright violations cannot be appealed (legal requirement)
Trust Score System:
- Violations decrease your account trust score
- Low trust score (<20) results in posting restrictions
- Repeated violations lead to shadowban or account suspension
6. Intellectual Property
The Qioiper name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Qioiper. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

User Responsibilities:
- You warrant that content you post is original or properly licensed
- You must not upload watermarked images from stock photo sites
- AI-generated content must be disclosed and comply with platform policies
Automated Copyright Detection:
AI scans all uploads for:
- Visual watermarks (Shutterstock, Getty, Adobe Stock, Pond5, etc.)
- Copyrighted music (AcoustID fingerprinting)
- Stock audio watermarks (Whisper transcription)
- Deepfake/AI-generated manipulation
DMCA Compliance:
- Copyright violations result in immediate removal
- Repeated violations may result in account termination

Termination Triggers:
- Child safety violation: Instant permanent ban
- Trust score below 20: Automatic suspension
- 10+ violations in 30 days: Account review
- Copyright violations: Immediate content removal
Data After Deletion:
- Personal data deleted within 30 days
- Moderation logs retained for legal compliance (timestamps, violation types)
- Email notification sent confirming deletion

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Qioiper is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Qioiper be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
