Learn how to export your data and manage deletion of moments and posts in your Qioiper account.
Export Frequency: Once every 24 hours
Steps to Export Your Data:
1οΈβ£ Open the Qioiper app and go to Settings.
2οΈβ£ Navigate to More β Privacy & Data Consent.
3οΈβ£ Select Data Rights β Data Retrieval Request.
4οΈβ£ Enable Data Download Permission and follow the prompts.
5οΈβ£ Tap Submit a Request at the bottom of the page.
6οΈβ£ After processing, tap Submit a Request again.
7οΈβ£ Your data will open as a PDF in your default browser.
PDF will also be emailed to your registered address
How to Delete:
1οΈβ£ Go to the detail page of the moment or post you want to delete.
2οΈβ£ Tap the More button (three dots) in the top right corner.
3οΈβ£ Select Delete from the menu.
4οΈβ£ Confirm your deletion.

Soft Delete:
When you delete moments or posts, they undergo a "soft delete." This means the content is removed from your profile and the app, but certain metadata may be retained for legal and compliance purposes.
Legal Retention:
Some data may be retained as required by law, even after deletion. This includes timestamps, user identifiers, and other technical information needed for security and legal compliance.
Permanent Action:
Once deleted, moments and posts cannot be recovered. Please be certain before proceeding with deletion.
